Website transaction processing was unreliable: Wouldn't accept PayPal option. Then wouldn't accept debit card at first attempt, but accepted on second attempt. Company needs to follow likes of Amazon or Ebay and large supermarkets with a reliable checkout. Unreliable web checkout raises suspicion of company if you are a first time customer.

No problems as such, but a little suggestion, which may or may not be workable. We process a lot of the nuts and seeds to make things like granola. Maybe offer bulk special mixes of items you have going a bit cheaper any particular month...I'm sure there would be takers. We would. Cheers.

Get rid of the Captcha bullshit. I had to enter 3 times before it accepted my purchase and it's the same every time because they never work correctly first time. As such I do not buy from sellers if it happens a second time as I hate having my time wasted with bullshit!

My only gripe is the price is increasing for every order. Unfortunately, I will have to shop elsewhere if that trend continues.

I bought 5kg…..er….might be a mistake…since they arrived I can’t stop eating them…have hd to put them in storage tubs and isolate them far from the kitchen…..so that I can’t be tempted ….once you start on these you are hooked….highly recommended…..prompt delivery…first class service from this Company……

Payment was very difficult. Several times card not accepted until tried with paypal. Then the delivery address was not recognised. Darwin College, Silver Street, Cambridge, CB9 3EU was a problem for the website! Another issue is that for gifts (difference between person paying and person receiving) there is no different entry for name. I am sending this to my son in Cambridge so use his name and phone number but my own email. The email I received back is addressed to his name.

Ordered a 5kg bag. Don't do this they were the worst dried mango imaginable, unlike anything else including the picture, they were totally desiccated micro strips almost inedible, and with little flavour, certainly unsalable. The 1Kg dried figs were very good though. Take your pick.
